Role Overview
This role is responsible for supporting the successful experience of exhibitors by managing exhibition operations and providing marketing and sales support.
You will work closely with exhibitors from the preparation stage through on-site execution, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
Exhibitor Onboarding & Operational Support
Coordinate closely with exhibitors from pre-event preparation to on-site execution
Ensure seamless event operations and support exhibitors in achieving their objectives
Customer Communication & Satisfaction Management
Respond to exhibitor inquiries and manage ongoing communication
Collect feedback and maintain strong relationships to drive retention and repeat participation
Add-on Services & Promotional Sales Support
Introduce and manage sales of additional services and promotional offerings
Contribute to revenue growth while enhancing service quality
Marketing & Social Media Support
Support exhibition marketing initiatives, including official SNS and newsletter management
Assist in content creation and promotional activities
CRM & Cross-functional Collaboration
Manage exhibitor data through CRM systems
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient operations
Billing & Documentation Management
Issue invoices and manage payments and revenue tracking
Prepare and maintain key documents such as reports, guides, and operational manuals
Qualifications
Strong interest in exhibitions, customer service, and event operations
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
Detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in document preparation and data management (Word, Excel, OneDrive, etc.)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Basic English proficiency (written communication and email correspondence)
Open to candidates of all educational backgrounds and experience levels
Preferred Qualifications
Strong data management and documentation skills using Word, Excel, OneDrive, etc.
Experience using CRM or exhibitor/customer management systems
Experience supporting marketing operations such as SNS and newsletter management

청구 및 문서 관리
인보이스 발행, 결제 및 수익 관리와 더불어 보고서, 가이드, 매뉴얼 등 주요 문서를 작성 및 관리합니다.
